The highest quality Rabbi date is produced in
the highest quantities in Sistan Baluchestan province in the South of Iran.
Rabbi date is long, oval and semi-dried with a soft texture and a small pit. It
is dark brown, 3-5 centimeters long with the moisture content of less than 15%.
The harvest season of this type of
date starts in early September and ends in late October. Based on the
latest research Rabbi date is ranked among the foods that contain all the
necessary nutritional elements for the body.
The cultivation of Rabbi date has an important
role in Irans agricultural industry because of its resistance to poor
irrigation.
Rabbi date is loaded with magnesium, selenium,
manganese and calcium which is very beneficial for the bones. It is also packed
